Imagine waking up on a boat, watching the sunrise from your cabin and having an exciting day of diving ahead of you. You’ll get to explore the unique underwater world of the Similan and Surin islands in Thailand. If you’re lucky you might spot Whale sharks or Manta rays. And all of this every day for a full week. Doing a liveaboard makes this possible.

How to find a cozy, furnished & temporary home aro How to find a cozy, furnished & temporary home around the world. 🌞 A popular platform to look for a place for a few months is Airbnb. I find it quite expensive though and sometimes the apartments feel empty & are not well equipped. While looking for a home in London I came across @sabbatical_homes where other people sublet their home for a certain period, up to 6 months or a year. After one message and one call I found a home for three months. Due to the apartment being owned and usually used by the owners it’s well equipped and really does feel like a home.🏡 I shared more information on placesoflinda.com about the process & advantages to other platforms. It went so smooth and the places I’ve seen so far look really nice. The amazing thing is with sabbaticalhomes you can explore more than 48 countries and live in a proper home for a few months. 🌏 It’s also possible to do a home exchange if you have your own place. Biiig recommendation. 🙌🏻 #uk #london #summerinLondon #temporaryhome #sabbatical #nomadlife #homeiswheremybackpackis #traveleurope #workandtravel #beautifuldestinations #neverstopexploring
From the small island🇹🇭 to the big city🇬🇧. Just had to film a video like this 😂. Although the journey takes days in reality and it’s such a change in scenery and lifestyle. These changes are the best teacher to find out where my future homes should & shouldn’t be. 🌍 #kohtao #uk #london #summerinLondon #wheretonext #digitalnomad #homeiswheremybackpackis #traveleurope #workandtravel #beautifuldestinations #neverstopexploring #reelsaroundtheworld
Some Sunday sun facts 🌞 Did you know that the Some Sunday sun facts 🌞 Did you know that the earliest sunrise in Thailand is at 6 am and the latest sunset at around 7 pm?
Now in Germany the sun rises at 5 am and sets at only 10 pm. Also the difference in distance to the equator affects the length of sunrise and sunset. While sunsets can take up to an hour in Europe, in Thailand they only last an average of 23 minutes. What is it all really worth if it’s not hard to What is it all really worth if it’s not hard to say goodbye? ❤️ Until next time - thank you Koh Tao. Now off to the next location(s) for summer in Europe. 🌎 The past 8 months were so fulfilling. Which made me question many times whether the decision of leaving Thailand was the right one. As much as it hurts to say goodbye to the people I met & the dogs I took care of, I would relive the time on the island in the same way. Because what is it all really worth if it’s not hard to say goodbye? If there’s nothing to miss? If there’s nothing that makes you want to go back?
The sweetness of a full life always has both - sunshine and rain, ups and downs, hopes and doubts, moments of love and also pain. And that’s what makes this life soo unforgettable. Why leaving? It felt like it was time for a little change of location, gaining new perspectives and experiences. To grow, learn and prepare the next projects. And all I’ll experience the coming months, I’ll take with me to my island home one day. There’s no doubt; I’ll be back. 🏝🐢 #kohtao #happyplace #islandhome #nomadlifecontinues #thailand #digitalnomad #homeiswheremybackpackis #travelthailand #helloeurope #workandtravel #beautifuldestinations #neverstopexploring
